What does All Inclusive mean

  • XXL breakfast;
  • lunch, snack and buffet dinner (from lunch on the first day to breakfast on the last, or from dinner on the first day to lunch on the last);
  • drinks included with meals (water, Pepsi, house wine);
  • baby park with meals;
  • beach for stays of at least 3 nights (umbrella, sun bed, deckchair);
  • access to the pool and solarium;
  • WiFi;
  • air conditioning;
  • bicycles.

What are the non inclusive services?

We have a series of extra services, always available for a fee: drinks in hotel bar, room service, laundry, medical or pediatric assistance, babysitting, dishes from the à la carte menu, tickets for Mirabilandia (unless otherwise indicated).

Is there a private parking included in the hotel?

We do not have private parking spaces, but you can park for free and without reservation near the hotel, both on the street and in the square. Finding a place is simple, here are just a few of the tricks: on summer weekends, arrive at Marina Romea before 8:00 or after 19:00; on Tuesday afternoon parking is prohibited in Viale dei Pioppi and Piazza Italia after 1pm on Friday and Saturday evenings it is forbidden to park in Piazza Italia after 5pm

Do you only do All Inclusive?

No, we also offer half board, with the possibility to choose between lunch or dinner. If you prefer flexible holidays, you can book the bed and breakfast option.

Is the beach always included?

We guarantee your spot on the partner beach for stays of at least 3 nights, booked directly with us. The place includes an umbrella, a deck chair and a sun bed. For stays of 1 or 2 nights the place on the beach is not included, but we apply a 10% discount on the listed price.

How far is the beach from the hotel?

Our hotel is located right on the seafront of Marina Romea, on the main square. There is only a short shady path through the pine forest (about 400 meters), which separates us from the beach. It can be easily reached on foot or by bike.

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, every guest over the age of 14 must pay € 2.00 per day in cash, up to a maximum of 5 nights.

Exemptions for:

  • minors up to 14 years of age;
  • residents in the Municipality of Ravenna;
  • a chaperone for patients of the health facilities of the municipal area;
  • Police, Fire Brigade, Civil Protection, and armed forces who stay for work;
  • bus drivers and tour leaders of organized groups (one exemption for every 25 participants);
  • school groups;
  • employees of the accommodation facility;
  • the disabled with a documented disability of more than 75%;
  • a companion for each disabled person who is 100% disabled.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can arrive at the hotel at any time, but the room is available after 2 pm unless it’s ready earlier.

On busy days, particularly Saturdays in July and August, check-in may be delayed until 4 pm.

If you arrive after 7 pm, we ask you to notify us by phone to arrange the reception and the restaurant.

Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am. Subject to availability, you can request a late check-out with an extra charge of € 25.00.

Is there a deposit, how can I pay it?

Generally the deposit amounts to 30% of the total amount, which can be paid by money order, bank transfer or credit card. In some cases we may not require a deposit: in the booking conditions you will find all the information.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

  • If you have already paid the deposit always check your reservation, because it will contain the details and conditions of your cancellation.
  • If you have chosen a non-refundable rate, the full amount of your stay can be charged to your credit card at any time after booking. These rates do not provide for cancellations or changes. In case of cancellation, no-show, early departure, we will retain the full amount of the reservation. If you would like an invoice, please let us know at the time of booking, otherwise we will issue a regular electronic receipt.

Is the hotel accessible to people with disabilities?

The hotel was built in the 1950s and has some architectural barriers. There is only one room on the 1st floor with a bathroom accessible for disabled guests. The other rooms can use two shared external bathrooms, equipped with a shower and a bathtub. There are three steps on the ground floor to reach the elevator. Unfortunately, a ramp is not available due to lack of space. A manual stairlift is available, but the hotel cannot guarantee that there will be someone able to operate this stairlift to assist the disabled guest and their companion. Therefore, the hotel is not convenient for guests who need to use this solution. To reach the first floor, there are as many as five turns along the stairs, and the whole process takes a lot of time, 20-30 minutes each time.

What if I don't use all the meals?

If during your stay you miss a meal included in your chosen package, you can make it up on the day of departure. This option is not transferable to third parties, but is limited to hotel guests only. It is not possible to discount the value of meals included and not used.

Is the kitchen equipped for those who suffer from celiac disease or intolerances?

Tell us at the time of booking if you suffer from food intolerances, allergies or celiac disease. We do not have an AIC certification and, in general, we cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination between foods, so we do not take responsibility for any reactions, but we take care of the preparations to ensure quality dishes for everyone.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately no, not even small pets are permissible as our hotel is not equipped to accommodate them. We are always very scrupulous in cleaning, but dogs and cats could leave harmful allergens for the next guests. Not having a hotel large enough to reserve some rooms exclusively for those travelling with animals, we must reluctantly prohibit access to all.

Those who bring animals into the room secretly -yes, it’s happened- will be removed from the hotel upon payment of the entire stay.

Are services available in every season?

Some of our services are only available at certain times. Here’s a handy little note:

  • swimming pool, from mid-May to mid-September
  • beach, from April 1 to September 30
  • bicycles, from May to September.
